Key Terms
Please read carefully before signing
A one-time non-refundable $300 Setup Fee is required before work begins. This covers onboarding, advertising environment setup, campaign preparation, account preparation, and system configuration.
Services begin with an initial one-month evaluation period. Both parties evaluate whether the relationship should continue. The Company may extend the period when necessary.
After the initial service period, continued services require a $300 monthly service fee for ongoing management and marketing services.
All payments to 2NiceSocialSync LLC are made via Zelle® to twobusinesses1@gmail.com (recipient name: Valorine). After paying, send your payment screenshot to our WhatsApp at +1 (682) 426-6233 so we can confirm it. Always verify the recipient name before sending — Zelle payments cannot be reversed. No payment through any other person, channel, or account will be accepted or recognized.
Advertising costs are separate from Company fees. The Client is responsible for funding advertising campaigns and maintaining a valid payment method on file.
Clients are solely and fully responsible for all of their own expenses, including advertising spend, third-party tools, subscriptions, software, and any other costs related to their campaigns. 2NiceSocialSync LLC does not cover and is not responsible for any client expenses.
The Client agrees to provide accurate business information, account access, marketing materials, advertising budget, and all cooperation necessary for marketing activities.
The Client may terminate services at any time but must provide at least seven (7) days advance notice through approved communication channels. Removing Company access without proper notice constitutes a breach of this agreement.
Upon any disconnection or termination of services, all systems, content, creative assets, campaign structures, and other intellectual property developed by 2NiceSocialSync LLC remain the sole and exclusive property of the Company. To protect its intellectual property, the Company reserves the right to retain, secure, deactivate, or remove its own proprietary assets and to take any actions necessary to safeguard this intellectual property following termination. By signing, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this term.
The Client agrees to follow Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and other platform policies. Violations may result in restrictions, reviews, suspensions, or account disablement. 2NiceSocialSync LLC does not own or control these third-party platforms.
The Company agrees to use its experience, knowledge, systems, and marketing strategies to help maximize opportunities for growth and success. Results cannot be guaranteed, but the Company will use its best efforts.
